Rob has a wide range of experience in businesses formed during a 30-year career, varying from start up owner-manger up to FTSE100 multinationals with a £100M budget responsibility. His area of expertise encompasses General Management, Procurement, Supply Chain and Contract Management with particular depth in the Aviation sector:

- Banstead Bunnies Pre-School, successful owner start up with sold-out capacity
- Bristow Group’s the world’s largest commercial and parapublic helicopter operator

Stephen has in excess of 40 years in business management, spanning a great variety of sectors and multiple business structures and sizes, ranging from early-year’s SME to cross-border multi-site, multi-million turnover businesses.
Functional experience ranges from Consultancy through Project Management to Site General Manager, Interim CFO and Group Finance Director. He is a specialist Executive Coach and Business Mentor with wide ranging expertise and a reputation for finding, analysing and fixing problems.
